Hello and happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. Mine was a lazy one, my only outing was to the grocery store. Yes I know I'm a wild one!
So if you have been reading for a while you know I have been working out lately. Which is awesome cause I'm usually quite lazy when it comes to working out. And I mentioned on a previous post how I like to mix it up. These last two weeks have been all about soca.
Just put some soca music on and move to the rhythm, I guarantee you will be sweating in minutes. Its fun and a great cardio work out.
After 10-30 minutes of soca dancing I do some yoga.
And I add a few minutes of pilates which most people think its the same as yoga but its not. They target very different things.
This is how I've been burning those delicious carbs I like to call food (yes Im talking about you Sunday mini pizza). Lets see what I come up with for next week. I like changing it up daily or weekly. How have you been working out?
